Anna Peterson

Anna Peterson is the only New Zealand bowler to take a hat-trick in Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is), the feat was achieved in February 2017 against Australia and the victims were - Jess Jonassen, Alyssa Healy and Megan Schut. She became the sixth women's cricketer to bag a hat-trick in T20Is.

Peterson like many other White Ferns girls grew up playing cricket with her father and brother in their backyard. The right-arm off-break started her career with Takapuna Red Stars (in Auckland) and slowly made her way to the Auckland Hearts team.

She is also a useful lower-order batter and made her One-Day International (ODI) debut in 2012, but only played three games as she was left out of the side and made her comeback in 2015.
