Rachel Priest

The highest score for a wicket-keeper in women's One-Day Internationals (ODIs) is held by Rachel Priest. In fact, she is the only wicket-keeper to record a score in excess of 150. The knock of 157 came against Sri Lankan Women in 2015 - a series in which Priest recorded two hundreds and amassed 316 runs in three innings to help New Zealand claim the series.

Priest was born in New Plymouth, Taranak and plays for Central Districts Hind in the State League. A technically correct wicket-keeper Priest was picked for the New Zealand A side in 2007. A quickfire 34-ball 36 fast tracked her to the national side.

The debut came against Australia in a Twenty20 International (T20I). Since then she has been a regular in the White Ferns side. Priest generally opens the batting with Suzie Bates and the duo have become a formidable pair for their national side.
